Genki Capital runs a time tested fully confidential two stage closed auction process. At every step the client is in control and provides input and approval. We do the heavy lifting of the transaction allowing you to focus on the running of your business - a crucial part of realizing the full value of your company at closing.
CIM and Marketing
A Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) is created based on an in depth look at the qualitative and quantitative features of the company and the market. Confidential outreach is conducted to a client approved list of potential buyers.
Two Stage Auction
Initial indications of interest (IOIs) are received and short listed candidates are selected. Letters of intent (LOIs) are provided by short listed candidates through subsequent auction rounds. The client selects the ideal buyer based on their goals.
Due Diligence to Closing
We work directly with management and legal teams on both sides of the table facilitating the deal structure, legal due diligence through the definitive purchase agreement and on to a successful close.
